Do I need experience to try cold plunge or contrast therapy?

No. Many of our guests are first-timers. Sessions are self-guided, and you can move at your own pace. Our team is always available if you have questions.

How does contrast therapy work?

Contrast therapy alternates between heat and cold exposure to support circulation, recovery, and overall wellness. Heat encourages blood vessels to expand, while cold causes them to constrict. Moving between the two can create a stimulating contrast that many people use as part of their recovery and wellness routine. Individual experiences vary.

Who should avoid contrast therapy ?

Contrast therapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Individuals who are pregnant or who have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, circulation concerns, pacemakers, respiratory conditions, neurological conditions, or other significant health concerns should speak with a qualified healthcare professional before participating. If you are unsure whether contrast therapy is appropriate for you, please seek medical guidance before booking

FAQ's

How are the cold plunges cleaned?

Our cold plunges are maintained through a combination of continuous filtration, ozone sanitation, routine water testing, and regular water treatment. Our team follows a consistent cleaning and maintenance schedule to help keep the water clean, clear, and properly balanced.

What is the recommended contrast therapy protocol?

Contrast sessions at Reset Wellness Club are self paced. A common approach is to begin with several minutes of comfortable heat exposure, followed by a shorter period of cold immersion, then rest before repeating if desired.

If you are new to cold exposure, begin with a short immersion and gradually increase only as your comfort and experience allow. There is no requirement to stay in the cold for a specific amount of time or complete a certain number of rounds.

Listen to your body throughout the session. Exit the sauna or cold plunge immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, unusually uncomfortable, numb, confused, or otherwise unwell.

What is the MHbot hyperbaric chamber used for?

During an mHBOT session, you rest inside a chamber where atmospheric pressure is gradually increased above normal room pressure. You may notice pressure changes in your ears similar to what you experience during air travel.

What does an MHbot session feel like?

Mildly increased atmospheric pressure, combined with oxygen enriched air, creates the environment used during an mHBOT session.

People commonly incorporate mHBOT into wellness routines for relaxation, recovery support, and the overall restorative experience.
